Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve for Renault Megane RS 280 300 Mk4

This Blow Off, or dump valve, is for the Renault and Nissan Turbo engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valve OEM Part no. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures that have occurred. Unfortunately, the failure doesn't always result in a check engine light as the valve can still be blown open by the boost pressure, so you may not be aware that you are losing power due to this. This prevents the diaphragm from sealing.

Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. The Forge valve is piston based, there is no diaphragm to fail, and of all aluminium billet construction, it replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control, over valve actuation. 1 x 2000mm of 4mm Vacuum Tube. 1 x 50mm of 10mm Vacuum Tube. 1 x 3 port Solenoid and fixings. 1 x Uprated Red Spring. 1 x 10-6-10 T Piece. 1 x Forge USB Instructions. 1 x Forge Keyring and Sticker.

Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied. Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins.

Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
